Delivery of goods


Goods are shipped with tracked shipping via DHL, UPS or SDA couriers.

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over € 2,500.00.

We are not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, customs taxes, etc. required by your country for importing goods. We cannot give you an estimate of the cost, as charges vary from country to country.

Our package are not insured. We are not responsible for any loss o damage to the package by the courier. If you wish, you can request us to insure your package at an additional cost.

In-stock items will be shipped within three (3) business days after payment has been received.

Made-to-order items will be dispatched within five (5) business days from the date of completion, provided that complete payment has been received. Once your made-to-order item is completed, we’ll send you pictures of it, so you can approve it before shipping. If we do not receive any answer from you after thirty (30) calendar days, we will ship your item as pictured, provided that complete payment has been received. If we have not received complete payment, instead, the item will be retained for another thirty (30) calendar days; if we still do not receive any answer and the payment is not completed within this timeframe, the item will be put up for sale and we will not refund you the amount paid.



We accept payments via PayPal and bank transfer.

Returns & Refund Policy


Terms and conditions of return


We aim to guarantee your full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have thirty (30) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it (i.e., unaltered and free of damages); it must be returned in the original packaging, complete with any accessories sent together with the item.


How to return an item


Returns must be sent with the courier indicated by us, and only after you contacted us. It is mandatory that you follow our instructions, otherwise we might retain an amount from your refund.

The item to be returned must be picked up by the courier within five (5) business days of the date when you informed us of your decision to return it.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.




Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal or bank account within 5 business days.

We will refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid via PayPal, we will also retain from your refund any PayPal fees that we were charged in the original transaction (as PayPal does not refund them to us). If the refund is issued by bank transfer, we will retain the cost of bank transfer commisions.

You will be notified if the returned item cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with our returns conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the item returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, we reserve the right to retain the item and the amount paid for your purchase.


Order cancellation


For in-stock-items, you have two (2) hours to inform us that you changed your mind about your purchase. If you notify us within this timeframe, we will refund your payment in full, that is, including shipping costs (but minus any PayPal fees that we were charged).

For made-to-order items, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to inform us of your decision to cancel your order. If you notify us within this timeframe, we will refund your payment in full (minus any PayPal fees that we were charged, or bank transfer commisions). Once this timeframe has passed, we may have already started the building process, and for this reason we will retain 50% of the total amount of your order for the inconvenience caused.
