What is the current waiting time for a made-to-order project?

Our turnaround time for standard made-to-order projects is currently around 10-12 weeks. That time can be more or less, depending on our schedule and the complexity of your project.

 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship all our products worldwide.

 

Where do your woods come from?

We select the most seasoned and resonant woods from American and European suppliers.

 

How does the order process work? At what point details such as relic level and “color over color” selection are made?

You can place your order through our website and then tell us your preferences regarding the relic job and color through emails. You can also send us pictures that we can use reference.

 

Do you offer glossy, non-aged nitro finishes?

The nitro paint is very delicate and tends to wear easily and so it’s difficult to have a perfect shiny result as you would with a polyurethane-paint finish. We can offer a “VOS” finish, that is, similar to a glossy finish, without relic, but with a light vintage patina.

 

Do you offer more colors other than the color options displayed in each product page?

Sometimes we can. Please contact us and send us a picture of the exact color you’re after and we’ll let you know if we’re able to offer it.

 

Will you make an exact replica of a relic job in a picture I provide?

We’ll certainly use your picture as reference for the relic job of your project, but it will not be an exact replica. If you want an exact replica, we can do that, but please keep in mind that this has an additional cost, as there’s a lot more work involved.

 

Do you offer cancellations and refunds on made-to-order projects?

For made-to-order projects, you have fifteen calendar days to inform us of your decision to cancel your order. If you notify us within this timeframe, we will refund your payment in full (minus any PayPal fees that we were charged). Once this timeframe has passed, we may have already started the building process, and for this reason we will retain 50% of the total amount of your order for the inconvenience caused.
